It depends.
Good grass type moves:
Giga Drain- Good recovery move, but not as strong
Solarbeam- very strong, but requires an extra turn unless the weather is sunny
Razor leaf can be good too, if your other moves either need to recharge or have low accuracy, but I wouldn't recommend it, because it is weaker than other moves.
Poison:
Sludge Bomb- relatively strong, accurate and has no side effects. Also is good for adding type advantages.
Normal:
Double-Edge- strong, but there is recoil.
Later Games: Hyper Beam and Giga Impact- both extremely strong, but takes a turn to recharge
My Venasaur is pretty good, and it knows Giga Drain, Solar Beam, Sludge Bomb, and Double-Edge. Don't learn all grass types, and include at least one move that isn't grass or normal type. I would definitely add the move sludge bomb.

Venusaur is a Pokemon. It is the last evolution of the Pokemon Bulbasaur.
Venusaur is a Grass and Poison type pokemon.
No, it just has to be a venusaur!

The best nature for Venusaur is typically Modest, as it boosts its Special Attack while reducing its Attack. This helps Venusaur take advantage of its high Special Attack stat for its Grass-type moves.

Charizard: Blast Burn Venusaur: Frenzy Plant Blastoise: Hydro Cannon

In this case, Blastoise is the best. Charizard has a better advantage against Venusaur because Charizard is a Fire Type and Venusaur is a Grass Type. Still, he has no chance against Blastoise because he is a Fire Type and Blastoise is a Water Type, so overall, Blastoise is the best.

Venusaur was created in 1996.
Unless you have chosen a Bulbasaur or a Squirtle as your starter Pokemon, seeing a Venusaur in Pokemon Red is very difficult. If your starter Pokemon is a Bulbasaur, you will see a Venusaur when it reaches level 36. If you chose Squirtle, your rival will have a Venusaur by the time you reach the Pokemon League. Very few (if any at all) Pokemon trainers will have with them a Venusaur. The closest you will get is an Ivysaur which some Grass-type trainers will carry with them. your best chance of encountering a Venusaur would be to trade or battle with a friend over a link cable.
Venusaur, since its a starter. Or Victorybell.
your starter Pokemon can handle it if they are blastoise, charizard or venusaur.
