There is a thing called a "Neti Pot" that you can get from walgreens. You fill it up about half way with warm water and then mix in some Saline that comes in the box with it. You literally turn your head to the side and poor the water-Saline mix into one nostril and it comes out the other side... No I'm not lying. You do that in the mourning in both nostrils. I have one and in my opinion it helped a lot. Ha, I just remembered that I seen it one time on Ellen.

∙ 14y agoAfrin nasal spray! it will work. anyone can use it. and u won't side-effects like some of the ones on TV. just 2 sprays and your nose feels really clean and cleared up!
