Remove the lower radiator hose, but make sure your able to contain the coolant to prevent splashing everywhere.

remove the drain bolt from the underside of the radiator to drain some of the fluid, and remove the drain bolt from the engine block to get a lot of the rest.
To get everything out, you'd either need a flushing machine or you need to flush the system manually.
Replace with 50% distilled water and 50% of an antifreeze reccommended for your car.

first you need to drain the antifreeze. There is a drain plug on the radiator and then you need to take off the top hose and rove the three bolts and pry the housing off and you should be there at the thermostat.
