There are a few good examples in Act 2. Scene 1 (bold added):

A heavy summons lies like lead upon me,

And yet I would not sleep. Merciful powers,

Restrain in me the cursed thoughts that nature

Gives way to in repose.

Banquo's lines have "husbandry in heaven," "Take thee that too," and "lies like lead," which are all examples of alliteration, where a certain sound is repeated.

Shakespeare used blank verse in almost all of his plays, tragedies, histories and comedies. It is close to the natural rhythms of English but it is more regular, which can make it more powerful to say and hear and also makes it easier to remember.

Of course, not all of Macbeth is in blank verse. The Porter talks in prose. The witches talk in tetrameter a lot of the time ("Double, double, toil and trouble" is trochaic tetrameter).
