There is no need to bleed the system, just turn the wheels all the way to left and right a few times, it will bleed itself. That's how you do that.

That requires a special puller. It's called a power steering pulley PULLER. You can rent them at Advance Auto parts stores.
Im not shure what a 2250 is but if its a backho or somthing the power stearing will run off of the hydraulic oil and pump of the machine.
