Try cleaning or replacing the air cleaner. A clogged air clearner will make the engine run rich (like having the choke on). The rich mixture will cause the blackish smoke. The fileter may not even look very dirty, but the element can still be plugged and cause a problem similar to what you describe.

When buying solar lights what does 3 LED mean?

It usually means the light is fitted with 3 LED's (Light Emitting Diodes) normally rated at 1 - 1.3W each. That means the fitting will consume around 3 Watts of energy to produce light. The light output would be the equivalent to that of a 20W halogen lamp.

What is the tiny bulb on a remote remote control that sends information to a TV called?

The "bulb" is an infra-red light emitting diode, normally abbreviated to infra-red LED or IR-LED. It sends a stream of light pulses carrying information to the receiver or sensor on a television. Although it uses light, it is not a part of the spectrum that we can see, so we do not see it operating.

Do light-emitting-diode threat health?

Depends. Normally, no. Some suggest that the impure white light produced by LEDs can cause headaches. Also, due to the method of most white LEDs (blue LED coated with yellow reactive phosphor) used to produce the color some have suggested that the LED's blue light might be dangerous (see: blue-light hazard).

What is the cause why the exhaust became red hot?

Without specifics I can only guess. Based on your description I would guess the "Red Hot" is the catalytic converter. The converter does normally become extremely hot, about 1000 degrees F. If the car is running poorly and emitting high levels of pollutants, the converter temperature can reach as high as 2000 degrees F. In this case the converter innards will melt and destroy the converter.
