Try cleaning or replacing the air cleaner. A clogged air clearner will make the engine run rich (like having the choke on). The rich mixture will cause the blackish smoke. The fileter may not even look very dirty, but the element can still be plugged and cause a problem similar to what you describe.

Do not know of a McLane that does not have the oil in the sump and the gas in the tank. In other words they do not normally mix together
Briggs and stratton is actually the engine make, it also has a hydrostatic drive to them. It also has a rear wheel drive and has forward variable speeds, the power of the engines are normally 19.5 (hp)

It usually means the light is fitted with 3 LED's (Light Emitting Diodes) normally rated at 1 - 1.3W each. That means the fitting will consume around 3 Watts of energy to produce light. The light output would be the equivalent to that of a 20W halogen lamp.

The "bulb" is an infra-red light emitting diode, normally abbreviated to infra-red LED or IR-LED. It sends a stream of light pulses carrying information to the receiver or sensor on a television. Although it uses light, it is not a part of the spectrum that we can see, so we do not see it operating.
I am not sure what you are wanting to use the oil for. If it is for a lawn mower, most of them take either 10w30 or SAE 30. They are not the same oil. You will need to refer to your engine manufacturer for the oil required for your engine. Normally most Briggs and Stratton and Tecumseh engines use the SAE30 oil. While most Kohler engines use 10w30.

A CREE LED torch is like a normal battery powered torch, only using some newer features. The most important is the LED (Light Emitting Diode) invented by a American company named CREE. CREE LED's are mostly known for their efficiency. They are normally around 5 times more efficient then a Halogen light of the same spec.
