23*7*4*11=7 084
23*7=161 square meters per floor
161*4floors=644 square meters for the entire building.
644square meters / 11 apartments = 58.5454... square meters per apartment.
since there are 11 flats and 4 floors, each or some flats must have different floor plans with different measurements because 11 / 4 = 2.75
You probably do not have 2.75 flats on each floor.
However, if the building had a total of 12 flats the numbers would be...
23*7=161 square meters per floor
161*4floors=644 square meters for the entire building.
644square meters / 12 apartments = 53.666... square meters per apartment.
And if there would be 12 flats and 4 floors, each flat could have the same floor plan with the same measurements because 12 / 4 = 3
3 flats on eacn floor is much more convenient. Otherwise you will need to measure each flat individually.
Simple math, you just have to get the formula right.
