Sometimes you can push the eject button and pull out the disk carefully with a pair of tweezers or small needle nose pliers. Failing that, in my experience, about the only other thing to be done is to remove the cd player and dismantle it (the player will have to be replaced with a new one anyways if you want the cd playing function) to the point that you can manually trigger, and sometimes force, the ejection mechanism to release and eject the disk. If you are careful, not only will the cd still be readable (assuming the player didn't damage it to begin with), but you can reassemble the player and reinstall it to have the radio functions unless you're replacing the unit with a new one. Just don't put another disk in the old one if you reinstall it.

If you aren't comfortable removing or dismantling the unit, just take it to a car audio installer. They'll be more than happy to do it for you, usually for free if you purchase a new unit.
