Yes I'm 11 to so my dad and I went to the bank and open an account with my name and his name so then we asked about debit cards and they said I could have one if a parent or legal guardian was a joint holder and watching how and when I used the card so then they printed my card and sent it to me in the mail and it's awesome cause now I don't ask my dad for money and I can make my own apple account with my card so yeah sure you can have one!
