The law is different in various places, but if the law is yes, it is up to the parent.
Children 12 and younger should sit in the back seat. So 13 and up for the front seat.
Do you have to be 13 years or older to ride on the front seat, provided, however, that you are tall enough to be buckled up.
Every state has different laws and regulations about when a child can legally sit in the front seat of the car. On average, a child must be at least 8 years old to sit up front in a vehicle.
There is no law that stipulates that all children who are 12 years or less should sit at the back in a car. It is only safer that young children should be at the back and belted up.
its a height thing not age i think its like 4.11
You have to be older than 12 to sit in the front (13 and up!!) Actually no. you don't have to be 13. that's totally rediculous you have to be atleast 12.
To sit up front you need to be 4'9" or 12 years of age to be able to use just a regular seatbelt and no car seats.
Kids can sit in the front seat in VA when they are over 12 years old (13 years old and up) and when they are over 80 lb. They cannot sit if they're heads are well position with the air bag. They're heads should be over the air bag. Hope that answers the question. P.S. Please send a friend request to Blossom5759 in ROBLOX or chat with kittynamedChika in Animefreak.com. Thank you.
Every State is different. In PA it works by weight and age.I "think" the age to sit up front is 12 years old or 80 lbs.I'm NOT 100% on that, but it's always better for them to be in the back seat as long as possible(I realize they want that front seat I have 3 kids lol)
In Tennessee, children need to be at least 12 years of age in order to sit in the front seat. The only time this changes is if there is not a back seat available.
When they are 12 or up
With a car seat to boost them up, Yes.
