There is a Chase Manhattan Trust Ltd., but I have not seen a CD with this name on it, and trusts usually do not issue CD's. So, one should presume that any instrument that is purported to be issued by Chase Manhattan Bank BWI, a nonexistent bank, may be fraudulent. In any event, I would suggest that you not pay to lease an instrument that purports to be from Chase Manhattan Bank BWI".
