No. If they're of the same sex, they will eventually fight, or one will just starve the other by taking all the food. If they're opposite sex, the male will constantly breed the female, which will over-exert her and she'll die young from all the stess.
Reptiles should always be housed alone, aside from temporary breeding pairs/trios
Well, depending on the speacies of dragons they will usually get along. But they must comunicate with other dragons (As good as they seem, do NOT follow Dragonology infomarion about dragons. It is random, made-up stuff to try to get a bad idea of dragons) similar to the abilities the water dragon has itself. E.G, It would get along with an ice dragon very well.
Since Water Dragons are peacful and nice, they will get along with any other dragon besides the ones who have been raised badly.
Absolutely NOT !
These lizards are from completely DIFFERENT countries. They require completely different living conditions !
Chinese Water Dragons are a rain-forrest species requiring high humidity and moisture. Bearded Dragons are a DESERT species needing a dry, arid environment.
Mixing these species in the same vivarium would be CRUEL !
A male and female water dragon can live in the same cage, it just has to be big enough for the both of them. A full grown male water dragon can reach 3 feet (including the tail) and the female is a bit smaller. That means you need a cage about two times as wide. A cage 4x6x2. ft will do.
But of course you should NEVER put two male together, they will fight and could possibly kill one another.
Absolutely not ! Part of the Chinese Water Dragon's diet is other reptiles - If you house them together, you'll likely end up with one very fat Chinese Water dragon !
I wouldn't put them together if i were you it is a mess and you never know what will happen to one or another
NOT unless they're either a group of females - or a single male with more than one female. Housing two or males together will result in vicious fighting to assert dominance !
no, don't try it they will probaly fight
About the same size as a water container.
If the tank is big enough. (40 gallons per dragon at the minimum)
No you should not 2 bearded dragons should be put in at least a 75 gallon tank. You could put them in a 55 gallon tank but they would be extremely stressed out.
yes
If they are older and its two males then i would suggest separate tanks male and feamel you don't have to separate unless you don't want them to have babies if they do have babies put the mom and the eggs in a separate tank two females in a tank would probably be alright unless theres also a male or if one is pregnant.
yes
keep your beardies tank were all the activity is, were you and your family walk alot.
Depends on the size of the tank, but I can tell you it's the same number of Canadian liters as Belgian, British, Chinese, or any other country's liters.
First you need to know the size of your dragon for some can be as big as a mountain. And they dont live in water, for the are the type that fly.
Betta fish will not be harmed if they are in a filtered tank. If the new tank is about the same size as the old tank you should use the old water or most of it in the new tank. If the new tank is larger so you have to add lots of new water then you should fill the new tank with the new water and let it sit (preferably with the filter running) for two or three days before adding the fish. Also when you move the fish make sure the new tank is at the same temperature as the old tank.
