You can only create a Wikipedia article about people of note. If you are not famous in some way, the Wikipedia editors will remove your article.

I'd sound silly if I tried to explain it myself, so just read the Wikipedia article below.
You'll have to be a person of importance. Wikipedia asks that you do not create articles about yourself. Wikipedia has policies for those who can have an article - it's called "notability".
Articles on Wikipedia are chosen by community members - anyone can create one, provided that the article subject meets Wikipedia's standards for notability. So - if Dr. Banks is notable, you could write the article yourself.
