Yes you can but make sure yo are taking the correct dose of both drugs. Celebrex is good while the problem is flaring up, not a good idea to take every day as can cause side effects. Panadol osteo is good for arthritic pain but only 8 hours apart and 3 x a day, not 4 like normal panadol.
