It's hard to say if Lexapro or other antidepressants cause miscarriage, but this recent study suggests that it may increase the chances:

I continued taking Lexapro on my doctor's advice when I became pregnant, and miscarried at 9 weeks. I'll never know what caused it. I don't know how I will handle this choice if/when I become pregnant again.

No doesn't seem like it but this is what it says according to Drugs.com:

FDA pregnancy category C. SSRI antidepressants may cause serious or life-threatening lung problems in newborn babies whose mothers take the medication during pregnancy. However, you may have a relapse of depression if you stop taking your antidepressant during pregnancy. If you are planning a pregnancy, or if you become pregnant while taking Celexa, do not stop taking the medication without first talking to your doctor. Celexa can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby. Do not use this medication without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.
