Not an interview, there are various types of intelligence tests, some measure different types of intelligence, and some are very race centric, in that the questions favour a certain nationality, usually English. Usually the longer the questionnaire the more accurate the IQ score can be determined.

Some of the various types of intelligence include spatial, language, mathematical reasoning, musical, emotional etc.
