In all honestly, it completely depends on what you are taking a drug test for. If the test is for a government purpose (probation, parole, or government job such as postal worker) than no, because they use what is called the NIDA 5 Drug Test. The 5 things they test for are:

THC - Marijuana, Hashish, Marinol, Dronabinol, etc.

Opiates - Morphine, Heroin, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, etc.

Amphetamines - Adderall, Dexedrine, Methamphetamine, Ecstasy

Phencyclidine - PCP

Cocaine

However, some private organizations that require drug testing can (and will) test for whatever they want, but in most states require that they give you a list of what it is exactly what they are testing for. I know from experience that my high school tested for over 17 pyschoactive chemicals, including alcohol, nicotine, and steroids.

Cymbalta, an SNRI, is very widely prescribed, and by law, if you provide a valid prescription before your scheduled test, even if you come back positive for only that chemical, you should pass.

It is also good to know how long certain drugs will stay in your system, and a good resource site for that is www.erowid.org. Not only does it contain drug testing info, it also is a great non-biased reference site for most drugs.
