Yes, it will show up under the Amphetamine category. 99.9%+ of companies that do drug testing will test for this category of drugs. If there's only a small amount, it may be below the confirmation cutoff and therefore report as Negative. It shouldn't be a problem as long as you have a legit RX (haven't taken your friends/sisters/pets - yes, even pets - it happens, trust me).

∙ 12y agoIn some cases, yes. Vyvanse is a prodrug for the chemical dextroamphetamine. Dextroamphetamine will cause positive test for amphetamines, and in some drug tests methamphetamine. Provide your prescription to whomever is drug testing you to show valid reason for such a positive test.

Can atenolol cause a false negative
BV won't cause a false negative on a pregnancy test.
Promethazine (Phenagren) can cause a false negative.
I wouldn't think that the Lexapro would screw up the test results themselves, however Lexapro really screws up your menstrual cycle. You can skip periods, only have spotting, etc.I would think the bigger issue is your getting pregnant while taking something like Lexapro. You really need to talk to your Dr. about that. Lexapro is not the "harmless drug" it was originaly thought to be. I speak from experience and am finally off of this med!~ TAnswerThere shouldn't be any effects on a home pregnancy test caused by lexapro, and I never had any problems with it effecting my cycle. It isn't perfect, and I also have since gone off it.
