It isn't. In almost everyone, the heart is on the left side of the chest. On a chest x-ray, however, the heart is on the right-hand side of the picture because that is where the patient's left is! It is as if the patient is standing in front of you, facing you... their right is on your left and their left is on your right.
You right click on it.
It is a "temproary patch" that should be worn over the right chest pocket (or hung from the button of the right chest pocket).
The sternum bone is in the middle of your chest, right above your heart and lungs.
Hold shift and then right-click with the lever to place it without interacting with the chest.
Start with the left temple,right temple,left arm,right arm,left chest,thrust to the stomach,right chest,left foot, right foot,left eye,right eye and lastly the crown.
After taming the horse and adding a saddle to it, you can add a chest by left or right clicking the horse, I forget which. Upon death, the horse should drop the chest and the contents of the chest.
