yes
well i had to pull my front bumper off to put the headlights on. I have a 1997 prelude so i don't know what year you have but i would guess the front bumper will have to come off.
Check eBay and you should able to see a picture of one. I'm not a bodyman, but I believe a clip consists of the two front fenders, grill and hood. A Front Clip consists of the complete body parts from the front: radiator support, front fenders, hood, and bumper, spoilers, lights etc. The complete front assembly A front clip is every thing from the firewall forward
Not without major modifications.
No, they are not a direct fit, the 96-98 front clip (hood, fenders, bumper, headlights and grill) is different than the 99-00 front clip
you would have to change the bumper and fenders on your sunfire to get the hood to fit but to start off u would have to change the front bumper clip to interchange bumpers
take all the clips out i believe its like 13 then clip out the grill and u set to go
I will be replacing one on a 2006 Pilot, and I'm not sure if this will work the same, but it requires you to remove the old hardware (if still attached), clip in the bracket on the front of the bumper, and bolt in the two flat, horizontal attachments underneath the bumper.
The 1997 Pontiac Sunfire front bumper is held in place by six retaining clips and for retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and pry outward on each retaining clip.
Rephrase. Front clip...what exactly is the front clip?
First remove the front clip (headlights and grille and plastic covering the bumper.) The rest will be obvious.
More information is required to know what you are referring to as far as front cap is concerned. There is a grease cap on the rotor, a hubcap on he wheel. there is a front clip referring to fendrs, bumper and core support. Please be more precise.
