Can a Professional Photographer use a Nikon D7000?
Yes, the D7000 (and the D90) has fully automatic to fully manual settings. And has most of the features in the more expensive slrs
If the camera is for professional purposes or you are skilled on single lens reflex cameras, I recommend the Nikon D 200 or similar. I am a professional photographer and I use Nikon D 200, Olympus E-3 and Fuji S-3 Pro. Believe me, Nikon is the best choice.
The one in his or her hand.
Firstly, this depends on your standard of 'best' and 'expensive'. If you're a professional photographer, you'll want cameras on the top of the range, which aren't cheap - at all. If you take photography as a serious hobby - like I - you'll want something like the Nikon D7100, Cannon EOS 70D etc. As for people who just use photography to pass time, then I recommend the Nikon D3100, Nikon D3200 or Canon EOS 100D.
and nikon camera can use a nikon lens, try a D3000, a D50, or a D9
No. Professionals use DSLRs. Even at that, many DSLRs are still just consumer level cameras. D200/D300/D700/D3 are professional Nikons.
While Nikon has a reputation of being the camera of choice, canon cameras are utilized by many professionals and have excellent results. Canon cameras may be less costly and offer a better ease of use for non-photographer persons.
Do you have to be a model that has a contract to get a photographer and make your own portfolio or can you just get a professional photographer and make a portfolio?
You have to get a photographer and make a portfolio before you will even be considered for a modeling contract. The portfolio is what you use to sell yourself when looking for modeling jobs and contracts.
Yes, you can. Nikon uses Nikon F-mount to connect the lens to the camera. Sometimes other manufacturers change their mount, but Nikon never did, so you can still even use analog lenses.
DSLR(Digital Single Lens Reflex) Most use Nikon or Canon. I use a Nikon d300
Polaroid, Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Pentax all go above and beyond when it comes to professional photography. In the ends it all comes down to what the buyer personally needs and desires in a camera.
Here is how you can use the word "photographer" in a sentence. My father is a photographer. When I grow up I would like to be a photographer. Are photographers rich? Do you have to be a certain age to be a photographer? Whoa! It's a famous photographer!
You should buy a lens compatible with Nikon dx. I have a nikon d5100. I bought it at Adorama i have two lenses: nikon dx 18-55, nikon dx 55-300 the two lenses are the best ones i ever had. Hope it helps :)
A Nikon EM has a standard Nikon mount, so you can use any lens that'll fit on a Nikon, except for a Nikon Series G lens, on an EM. A Series G will fit but it won't work because there's no aperture ring.
In all honesty probably not. I use CS2 as a professional photographer and have tested CS3 but there is not much extra to justify the upgrade in my opinion
Whichever feels more comfortable to use; Nikon and Canon both make excellent cameras and lenses.
Why use a professional photographer? As cameras grow in digital sophistication it is becoming easier for everyone to get pleasing results for apparently little cost. However, using an amateur to take an important picture can be a false economy. The impact a professionally taken image has on a client's market is far stronger than that of a quickly grabbed snap from a digital camera. Professional photography will sell your product or your company, amateur photography… Read More
I was waiting "for something better to come out" when I bought the D5100 in June, 2011. Now, in November, they do have the new cameras with a prime lens. These are better, for some people. It all depends on how serious you are about photography and your best use. I use the D5100 for making professional photographs in a variety of settings: outdoor, studio, weddings, classroom. It is a great camera; just not the… Read More
Yes. Nikon recommend their own EN-MH2 Ni-MH rechargeables.
Unfortunately no. With an adapter one can use a Nikon lens on a Canon body, but the distances between lens and register (the critical point in the camera body where the image is recorded) make it impossible to even create an adapter to use Canon lenses on Nikon bodies.
The best brand of a camera is Nikon. Definitely Nikon because of the stunning picture quality and I have seen most professionals use Nikon. I'm not a professional and I have a Sony, its okay i guess. But I just take pictures with friends and stuff like that. Canon should be the second best. And DO NOT buy Kodak. I know a friend who has returned five of Kodak cameras! And one who says it… Read More
It depends what you're needs are. The needs of a sports photographer are quite different from a studio portrait photographer. When selecting a camera, you need to think about what you will use it for most and from that you will be able to think what you need most from a camera body; for example, a sports photographer will need a high frame per second count and good quality images in poor light, a portrait… Read More
It depends on the kind of pro. Sports and journalism demands SPEED and CONNECTIVITY. In this case they are more oriented to Nikon and Canon top models with GPS/Internet capabilities. They are under fierce competition and their shots must be in head offices for edition before the competitor does it. Glamour and fashion are generally based on "steady" systems like Hasselblad which permits connection to huge lightening systems and are also "big glass lenses". They… Read More
The Nikon D90 and D700 are vastly different cameras, with the primary difference being the sensor sizes. The D90 has a smaller APS-C sized sensor (Nikon calls this DX), whereas the D700 is full frame (FX). A full frame sensor can produce less noise at higher ISO and low light situations. The FX cameras also allow use of ultra wide lenses, of which there are few options for DX. In the end, though, it's not… Read More

Use the zoom slider.
I once used a Minolta one, dimage, I think, with excellent results. I for one use a Nikon CoolScan 5000 ED ideal for professional photographers with 4000 dpi. I recommend it !
I use a canon 7D and have seen that the clarity of a picture is same as taken on a nikon D90. However, it depends upon how one looks at a camera and a photo taken from a photografer's point of view. To me canon is better than a nikon...
The Nikon SB-800 is not compatible with Nissan SLR cameras. It is only compatible with Nikon cameras. One could damage their SB-800 flash unit by trying to use it with another camera.
The model of Nikon camera will determine the specific memory cards that are approved for use. Most Nikon cameras support a wide range of memory card sizes from 512 MB to 8 GB and up.

Any video camera made by Sony (Sony NXCAM) or Canon (XF300) should be a good quality camera that a professional photographer can use for digital video needs.
A photographer could be described as creative or intelligent. This is because they use their intelligence or creativity to take pictures.

Professionals use the camera they like. Back in the good old days, Minolta introduced the first autofocus SLR, the Maxxum. It was billed as a camera for amateurs, but lots of professionals bought it. I've met professional news photographers who owned top-of-line Nikon F3's for their regular work...and Nikon EM cameras, the very BOTTOM of the line, for covering fires, riots, police shootouts and other things that would break their F3's.
They are not.The exposure meter won't work with the ais lenses. They will work fine if you get the exposure right from trial and error, use a light meter, use experience or meter with another lens first though.
The most highly rated Nikon film cameras are the F6, F100 and the F4. All of these cameras have great ratings in reliability, features and practical use.
It depends on your camera. For example if you use Nikon Film camera in your work - it's called manual photography - and if you shoot photos with Nikon D60 - it will be digital photography.
You can use Nice to Recover Photo for Mac.The Mac photo recovery software supports professional RAW photograph recovery for almost all popular Digital SLR's, such as Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Minolta, Olympus, Kodak and so on. You can try it.
