Can a chihuahuas eye pop out?

yes,if something causes the eye to pop out like if it gets in to a fight with a different dog

It doesn't necessarily have to get into a fight with another dog, if enough pressure is put on the dog's head the eye can pop out of the socket. This happened to my chihuahua over Memorial Day weekend when my aunt's border collie stepped on his head. We rushed him to the emergency vet (who luckily was not busy) and got it popped back in and it looks good as new.

Yes, my dog's a pekingese and she had been hit on the head and her eye popped out, she had went blind within the hour but they had to remove it anyway it couldn't be popped back into socket, it was very gorey! these are the most likely for this to happen,

More little dog's are likely for this to happen, i may be missing out on some of the dog's bug eyed breeds but this is just about all the ones i knew of!

Please get your chihuahua to a vet...they need to deal with this.
