Yes you can. As long as you can provide for your self. that includes a place to stay, and food, and clothing.
But also take in mind that you still really want to still have a future so it would be extremely smart to try and work and stay in school at the same time. It has been proven that the majority of minor that move out of home, don't stay in school, and are drop outs. Try not to be on of those. I am just getting ready to move out... It is a lot more work than one would imagine. Anyways.. There is you answer, and just a few suggestions.
I have heard of people moving out at 16. If you can keep a job and do school then yes you can and if your parents let you. I would research it and talk it over with them. If your parents don't agree with you then do what you think is best for your life. In the United States, a person is a minor (and therefore under the control of their parent(s)/guardian(s)) until he or she attains the Age of Majority (18 years in most states), at which point he or she is an adult. However, in special circumstances, a minor can be freed from control by his or her guardian before turning 18. In most states, the three circumstances in which a minor becomes emancipated are: (1) enlisting in the military (requires parent/guardian consent), (2) marrying (requires parent/guardian consent), (3) obtaining a court order from a judge (does not require parent/guardian consent).
The above is a direct expcerpt from Wikipedia's "Emancipation of Minors."

To file a petition for declaration of emancipation in the state of South Dakota, a minor must be at least 16 years old.
Since a 16 year old is still a child, you have the same responsibilities as you do when they are six years old. You will have those same responsibilities until your child is legally of age, usually 18 years old.
