This would best be anwered by your quick call to the state Fish & Game Commission. Felons are not specifically prohibited from possessing crossbows under the arms statute HOWEVER as a convicted felon if PA prohibits you from possessing ANY 'deadly' weapon you could conceivably be charged.

yes, you can, but you cant hunt with any cartidge firing weapon, only black powder or Bow and arrow, and you cant be on probabtion or parole
