Felons can hunt- they cannot use or possess firearms. In SOME states (not all) they may possess, and hunt with muzzleloading firearms, or use a bow. But they may not have uncontrolled access to firearms. (Cannot be left alone with them unless they are locked up)
No an ex felon can't own a gun , and if so it would have to be a non violent felony
can I in the state of Missouri with a non violent felony conviction 10 years ago get my hunting rights back
No, once a felon always a felon.
Does the state of Oregon allow a felon to buy a hunting licese?
This depends on what your felon was and what state you're from and which state you're hunting in. Ask the authorities, they will know.
No.
If you mean hunting with a firearm, a convicted felon loses the right to possess a firearm. The felon MAY petition the Governor for restoration of rights, but it is not an automatic process.
Convicted felon.
is bow hunting allowed in Maryland for convicted felons
A felon isn't going to be permitted a firearm for any reason.
no
Possibly. Most license vendors do not have the facility to check a background, but a hunting license would not allow a felon to possess a firearm. They could/would still be arrested for that offense and obtaining a hunting license would actually show intent.
