I think transplanted organs are not generally re-transplanted into another patient (if the first dies). Simply since the organ has already been put under a lot of pressure being moved from the donor to the first recipient - there's a higher risk of failure if it were transplanted again. And there's the possibility that the organ could be getting quite old by that time. Depending on how long the first recipient lived, the organ could also have been subjected to a lot of immunosuppressive drugs, which can compromise it's ability to work over a long period.
Heart transplant is only done if the heart has been terribly damaged by infection or disease, and if there are no other ways to improve heart function.
Yes, there is such a thing as a heart transplant. Given the right medical criteria, heart transplants can be done for some patients. Other patients do not meet the criteria, or choose to not have a transplant. Other patients who might want a transplant are too poor / lack insurance.

A guarantor is someone who has agreed to be legally bound to pay certain debts of another person if that other person does not, for any reason, pay his or her own debts. A guarantor of an apartment lease will be liable for the rent not paid by the tenant, as well as for any damage done and repairs not made by the tenant. Being a guarantor involves much more than simply being a reference for another person. Being a guarantor could end up costing someone thousands of dollars.
you could describe that person as a hero or a good friend.
any blood could be donated.
Antibodies can cause rejection of the donor organ/ tissue within minutes if the person receiving the organ already had antibodies against the donor. Rejection of donated blood involves antibodies which form the basis of the immune response triggered by the donation. Rejection of a donated kindey or heart involves both antibodies and cell mediated immunity.

If a woman donates an egg, she would not get pregnant, as the donated egg is outside her body. The donated egg could be fertilised and implanted into another woman, who would become pregnant.
It is important that you know which type of blood you have in a blood transplant because if the person who is donating blood to you does not have the same type of blood as you it could be fatal for you.
