No, not yet. Unfortunately for many of those that die from the weather on Mount Everest, it is impossible to bring a helicopter to the summit of Mount Everest. The helicopter cannot withstand the strong winds and harsh weather, but it also has to have a certain amount of oxygen in order to remain in the air. Considering the conditions on the summit of Mount Everest, the fact that the air is thin, it would be impossible to keep the helicopter airborne.

Yes, it has only been done twice though, in 2005 a solo pilot flew his euro copter to the summit of Mount Everest and touched down for over 4 mins on the summit. However if you flew to the summit, you can't just stop the helicopter, get out and take photos, you probably wouldn't be able to take off again, there is also no way to secure the chopper to the ground. A normal helicopter can not fly to the summit of Mount Everest though, the highest flight by a normal chopper was in 1996 when a helicopter rescued some climbers trapped at the south col.

On the 14th May 2005, Didier Delsalle claimed to be the first pilot to land on the summit of Mount Everest in an unmodified AS-350 B3 Eurocopter. He made contact with the summit for around two minutes. Many believe it didn't happen.

The air is too thin at 29,000 feet. Think of a fan that can't "bite" the air.

In The 39 Clues, Book Eight: The Emperor's Code, Amy and Dan know that they have to somehow get to the top of Mt. Everest. Nellie, their au pair, solves this problem for them. She makes a phone call to an unknown person and convinces the pilot of a Ecureuil A-Star helicopter (one of the only planes capable of landing on the summit of Mount Everest) to take Amy and Dan to the top. So technically, they did not climb up Mount Everest, they flew up to the top.
