Depending on what type of hysterectomy you have yes. An abdominal will leave a scar about 6 inches long on your abdomen and laproscopic will leave three to four 3-5 mm scars. Therefore if the man knows the tell tale signs he could hazard a guess that you have had a hysterectomy. I wouldn't think most men would be that savvy but they may ask how you got them.
Men often notice a difference because the vaginal canal is tighter. When a women has the surgery, the doctor often repairs damage and stretching done while bearing children. The floor of the vagina is tightened and the bladder is often supported by a muscle used to suspend it higher in the abdominal cavity and attach it to the pelvic bone. This helps prevent leakage.
No he can not. You have to make up a story for the scar though.

Yes. A man can tell the difference between a woman that has children or has not had children. The only way to keep them from knowing is keegels.
Well, a hysterectomy is an operation on a female. And it has nothing to do with a woman's ability to have sex with a man, it only affects her ability to have children.
Straight people fall in love with and prefer having sex with people of the opposite gender as in man+woman. Gay people fall in love with and prefer having sex with people of the same gender as in man+man or woman+woman. There is no way of knowing just by appearance.
