Depending on what type of hysterectomy you have yes. An abdominal will leave a scar about 6 inches long on your abdomen and laproscopic will leave three to four 3-5 mm scars. Therefore if the man knows the tell tale signs he could hazard a guess that you have had a hysterectomy. I wouldn't think most men would be that savvy but they may ask how you got them.

The floor of the vagina is tightened and the bladder is often supported by a muscle used to suspend it higher in the abdominal cavity and attach it to the pelvic bone. This helps prevent leakage.
