I will not say it is impossible, however, most individuals who attempt something this drastic wind up dropping out of college. There are some accelerated programs offered by colleges and universities, but I am not aware of any that would cut that much time off.

It is possible. You can cut time off by taking a a maximum credit load with summer and interim sessions. In addition, there are some institutions that have an accelerated program. Still, this could put you at risk should you attempt to take on too much, too quickly. It is better to take your time, assimilate information and acquire a good solid education. Some students in an effort to cut off time sacrifice their grade point average (an indication of poorly acquired knowledge), as well as dropping out altogether.

How long do you have to go to school to get you minor degree?

There is no such thing as a minor degree. Typically, four year colleges and universities offer minors in many areas. However, a minor is not a degree nor does it meet the requirements of a degree. Students declare a major program of study (typically four years), and can choose to take with that major, a minor program of study. Still, the degree whether with or without a minor requires - in most cases - your years of study.
