No its not so. it wont spread thru toothpaste. HIV can be spread only thru the foll 3 ways..
1. Unprotected sex
2. Affected blood transmission
3. Injected Drug Uses.
Apart frm tis HIV dont spread. Even using public toilets, having french kisses, using same razors, sharing same plates n clothes, etc., HIV cannot spread.
The only fact is, it spreads only thru the above ways....

HIV is not good at living outside of the body, so transmission via toothpaste is not considered an "at-risk" behavior.
