Yes you can, go to radio shack and get a 1/8 adaptor to the size of plug from your guitar and plug it into a mike jack on the back of your amplifier, but if you dont have that type of jack in back you probebly have phono in jacks instead, so just get a phono to the guitar size instead of a 1/8".
