Because Puggles are not a breed, there isn't a standard description of what a Puggle will look like, or what size it might be. Because of this, if the dog favors it's Pug heritage more than it's Beagle side, delivering a litter of puppies may be complicated, expensive, and possibly life threatening. If you are considering breeding a female Puggle, you should have her examined by your vet who can inform you if breeding her would require a c-section to deliver her pups.
