yes it can be wet on the back end only it makes the suit shake all that much harder when wiggle walking and shaking the bum part side to side and also an umbrella should be used to twirl and spin around over the shoulder and head on the left side only indoors and make sure the suit stays wet on the back at all times.and to get extra tight use a magic wand to get the suit painfully extremley tight up the back end so it will shake side to side as girls do with them when they wear them.
