Definately not.. however if you take Adderall and quit taking the adderall a week before the test (to allow the amphetamines to clear out of your system) then your ability to eliminate THC would increase due to it's stimulant effect.. Although i advise against doing this.. a lot of exercise would do just the same..

Fiber supplements help a lot too..

if you get drug tested for meth then you'll probably fail

but the half life on meth is pretty short so it should be out of your system in like a week or 2 maybe a little bit longer

This is from my personal experience, but I feel it's justified as I take weekly urine screens for marijuana and take adderall. No, it won't cause a false positive. The only thing it would cause a false positive is for amphetamines, which if you tell them you take adderall or Ritalin, they won't test you for it (because it's going to come up positive). The answer is yes!!! It is a methanphetamine and it will show up on a test. you need to either stop for about 4 days or you will test positive
