It might, Agent Orange was dangerous not only for the illnesses it could cause, but because e.g. cancers, could travel down genetic lines-genes- into sons or daughters. So yes, it is possible that it would, one of my friends died this way, it is quite possible.

Agent Orange was a carcinogen. Although it did damage the cells in the bodies of those exposedd, carcinogens do not alter the DNA of a person. Therfore it can not be passed on some there is no genetic mutations to those affected. However being predisposed to some cancer types is generic. Therefore some exposed to Agent Orange were affected more aggressively than others. This genetic predisposition to cancer CAN be passed down through a family line. However Agent Orange had nothing to do with this and can have NO affect on the children or grandchildren of the victems of Agent Orange.

SIDE NOTE: This can not be as really said for the victims of Gulf War Syndrome. Since it is thought the depleated Uranium shells used during the war are the cause. Uranium CAN mutate the DNA of those exposed. Those mutations can be passed and/or cause birrh defects in children. However those chances of birth defect reduce down the family line as the generic code of the orginal victim is "watered down" by the addatuon of the genetic contribution of the other parents.
