No, they can turn it 270 degrees, which is far, but not all the way. They look like they can turn their heads all the way around, but its just that they have a lot of fur surrounding their neck which makes it look that way.

No they cant, they nearly can. They can twist it right round to the back of its head clockwise and anit-clockwise but not all the way round.

Owls have more neck bone than us. We only have 7 owls have 14 so the is why an owl can turn its head around. The farest it can turn around is 180 degrees
