Humans have not yet discovered a way to change your DNA. We can make copies and swap things around, but those require a new generation to see any effect. It doesn't change what's already here.

How do you have long legs?

Proper nutrition during adolescent growth cycles can help with growth. Children that have been raised with nutritious diets can potentially grow more than a child that was not. However, most of it comes down to genetics. Your body has been given a code, and it will follow it. If genetics say you will grow to be 72" inches tall, there will not be anything you can do to change it.
