Budbugs are very hardy & can survive attack with any chemical and even being burnt. You need to freeze them with liquid nitrogen. Just be careful because they start to bite when they smell nitrogen. I recommend you just don't wash your clothes. Oh...and don't stay at the same hotel as me...stick with the sub-$40 hotels and don't travel until your budbug problem subsides.
