Hypothetically, if you could isolate the carbon in human hair(all living tissue has a carbon base, but most contains other elements in at least trace amounts) if you could generate enough pressue you could compress it into a diamond. However, while this is hypothetical possible, the tools to actually do so do not exist, and it would take a truly absurd amount of hair to make a diamond.

Once a body is cremated, diamonds can be made commercially from the ashes.
