Depends on how much and what we deem as "short". Coke contains quite a bit of sugar and corn syrup which can rob our bodies of vital nutrients. However, it is better for you than the sacharrin loaded diet colas and in moderation is fine. Just make sure you drink your water as well, and save coke for a treat!
