No. Even if it does contain something less than .05% alcohol, drinking it cannot cause intoxication. 100 cans would have less alcohol than one can of beer. Claims that various soft drinks actually contain pork blood are totally urban myths - very few Christians would drink it if it did!

Tarry stools are an indication of a gastrointestinal bleed. These can be fatal very rapidly. Get the dog to a vet at once. Consider preserving a stool sample too.
Stools are narrow and soft because they have all that mushed up food and guts,(that u dont know u eat) and it turns brown. IF you have green poo that means uve been eating cabbage,raw turnip greens.....(and the most disgusting part)... BRUSTLE SPROUTS!
