If you are young or unused to alcohol, and if you drunk it very quickly, say within two or less, you could possibly die from alcohol poisoning. A more experienced drinker, spreading it out over five or six hours is unlikely to experience anything more unpleasant than a nasty hangover the next day.
Most people who attempt to drink a whole bottle in an evening will get physically sick. They may require medical attention, although it's fairly unlikely. Usually, if your body is unable to handle it, you won't be able to get anywhere near the bottom of the bottle before you get sick or pass out. You do risk choking on your own vomit, however.
My advice is to take it handy.

Well it all depends. If you drink a whole bottle the chemicals can make you sick or in an extreme case (if your immune system is low) yes, kill you, and you should probably call poison control or a hospital. But if you drink a little you just won't feel good. But absolutely call poison control in both cases
