They should never eat raw rice as it can expand in their stomachs when mixed with water (as it does when it is cooked). You can feed them cooked rice, but in moderation. I wouldn't recommend feeding them rice as their only food, but as a treat or mixed in with other food is okay; aslong as it is cooked.
