∙ 10y agoThe primary symptoms of Fibromyalgia are pain and fatigue. It is currently considered a syndrome (or grouping of symptoms) and is not considered a disease. Fibromyalgia, itself, will not kill you. However, many Fibromyalgia patients find that because they get used to living in chronic pain they ignore new symptoms, thinking that they are just a new manifestation of Fibromyalgia, when, in fact, they are actually symptoms of a new or worsening condition. Those new conditions could be life threatening.
