NO.
No. They may change the acidity of urine which may affect some drug tests, but the marijuana is not cleaned from the system, it is just chemically masked in the urine. Note that this would not apply to all drug tests. More sophisticated tests will detect marijuana in the urine, even if acidic foods are eaten.

∙ 16y agoNo. Marijuana remains in your hair follicles for up to 60-90 days, in the bloodstream for 2-4 weeks (but up to 45 days), and in the urine for 30 days. There is no way to fool the drug test. You can attempt to drink a lot of fluids to flush out the marijuana, but then the color will come back as "unnatural" and you could fail anyway. Your best bet is to not smoke for at least 45 days before taking the drug test, depending on the type. If you smoke heavily, consider waiting at least 3 months before testing. ∙ 13y agoIt can assist, but it alone will not do it. What will help is getting off the couch, putting down the bag of cheetos, working out, drinking lots of water and not doing drugs until after your ua.

I personally find it great for withdrawal treatment. That's it if you like to quit, start drinking it mixed with water thorough out the day. Your mind will be more clear and you will have more energy too.
I doubt it gets MJ out of your system though. Would be really great if it did.

From what I understand, cranberry juice does not cure a bladder infection. You will need to see a Dr. and get antibiotics for that. However, 100% cranberry juice* will help prevent the infection from getting worse, so continue to drink it along with plenty of water. *Make sure it is 100% cranberry juice and not a cranberry juice "cocktail" that is mixed with other juices such as cranapple or crangrape. Those won't help.

Cranberry juice can cleanse your system of bacterial toxins, through the process known as acidification of the urine.
