Whether or not it is legal depends on what country (or state) you're in, but it would be illegal in virtually all. In most countries/states, it would - legally speaking - be the same as a relationship with a full sibling.
It would, regardless of the law, be strongly discouraged. It would put huge strain on the family, it would be frowned upon and it would disgust most people.
And most importantly: A possible child would be far more likely to have heritable illnesses, and would be at great risk for painful illnesses. Lack of genetic diversity increases the risks of congenital deadly diseases multiple times.
Yes, three half siblings, Suzy and Joe, from his mother's previous relationship, and Victor Jr from his father's previous relationship
Your half sibling has either the same mother or the same father that you have, but not both.
A half brother or half sister sharing the same father is an agnate sibling. Those half siblings sharing the same mother are called uterine sibling.
A sibling that is not "Half" or "Step". A sibling that shares the exact same mother and father as you.
A sibling is any person who is either brother or sister to that person. Half siblings and step-siblings are the same, are the same, but half sibling is a half-brother or half sister, and a step sibling is a step brother or step sister. No matter what your age, any brother or sister is considered a sibling.
it is the half sibling because the child will only have one parent the same as the baby and not 2, so it only carries half of the same ginetics not 2
that's gross...

The name of the relationship between your grandchildren and your sibling's grandchildren is called being "second cousins." The genetic relationship between two families becomes smaller and smaller through each generation, but no matter how weak that relationship is, it's still counted as a blood relationship. Your grandchildren and your sibling's grandchildren share a pair of great grandparents.
