Well, I suppose they could technically. They'd probably enjoy it as well. But you may not want to feed that to your hampster. All of the empty calories won't be so good for your little friend.
Yes, but not alot. They have small throats and it's hard to swallow such a dry pastry. So, be carful on the amount your feeding him/her but other then that, let them enjoy it!! :)

If the cake consists of layers of vegetables...maybe. It would be cute to melt down those yogurt chips that they give hamsters and coat the raw veggies in it and kinda make it look cakeish?
Bread is not the best thing for a hamster. Small pieces can get stuck in their cheek pouches and spoil. It's also not very healthy for them.
yeah
If you eat too much, yes. Moderation is key!
You can buy food in shops and they like banana
hamsters eat many different things: vegetables, seeds, nuts, some types of fruit, bread. my hamsters favourite is celery :)
Ya. It's one of my hamsters favourite treats. Yes definitly!! I have a Syrian hamster and I always give him a piece of banana and he eats it.
Hamsters can eat bread, but if you give them too much it can make them seriously fat and obese. That will eventually lead to death. P.S. Please recommend me!!
Hamsters will usually eat dried banana, it's not unusual to see it in pet food.
the colonist did not because banana's don't grow here
yes
Yes! dwarf hamsters can eat plain bread as long as it does not have anything like spices or raisins or cinnamon in it.

Yes, I volunteered in the South East of Madagascar for a couple of months and we got banana bread made with rice flour for breakfast every morning. Delicious!
