hamsters can eat cheerios but sometimes they can feel unwell as i have experienced this before with my hamster. It is probably not a very good idea lol (laugh out loud) It can be aliright to feed hamsters plain cheerios but cheerios with suger or any toping can hurt their digestive system.

∙ 13y agoNo, because it's stomach is small and the dust in cheerios will make it cough and eventually dies. Also studies said that animals are best with fresh food and not something like junk food or Snacks.
