1. The possibility that the setting switch is for blower/ fan or for heating and not cooling in air conditioners that have both heating/cooling system.. 2.The chilling compartment /compression of cooling gas has leaked. 3.The compression is weak to chill the cooling compartment.
Sounds like a bad switch or solenoid.
it's the cable that connects your heating/cooling temp slide switch to the heater box inside the engine. If it's broken you will have no temp control.
The cooling fan relay switch can be located on the back of the cooling fan motor. The relay switch should be labeled as such.
If you have no blower speeds check the fuses, check the switch and finally check the blower motor.
Blown fuse? Bad blower motor? Bad resistor pack at blower motor? Bad switch?
It should switch on and off automatically, if it is not it is stuck and needs to be replaced.
