I don't think it would be a good idea, you can always call and ask a local equine veterinarian though.
No they are not safe, Potatoes are toxic to horses and shouldn't be fed to them.
no it is not good
a dog can eat sweet potatoes
Horses can eat potatoes without becoming sick, but each individual horse will react to the food differently. In Europe, potatoes are often given to horses, but many owners feel this is not a suitable food to ever introduce to their animal.
you peel it and cut it with a sharp knife and eat it
It is not suggest because certain bacteria can get into your body that is not good for you.

potatoes cause stomach ache if you eat them raw..... trust me! i found out!
Yep. sure can. and most horses love it but some dont care for it.
Yes, they usually enjoy it too! I live in a very sparse area of Australia, and I feed my ponies sweet potato mash with their grains and hay when the grass is sparse. Try chopping them into small chunks, and feeding raw as healthy treats, or lightly bake with fenugreek or cumin. They're so tasty, I usually eat them myself! :)
Potatoes are somewhat poisonous, even to humans, being such a small animal it is probably not too good for them.
Only if the peelings have been cooked. Potatoes along with Tomatoes are part of the deadly nightshade family and are extremely toxic to horses if fed raw. ( tomatoes should be avoided even when cooked.) Potatoes break down into starch /sugar and should not be fed to horses in large amounts, every so often as a treat is OK, so long as they have been thoroughly cooked.
